Shipping & Returns

All returns must be post marked as shipped within 14 days of your purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  If returned unopened, unused and still in a factory sealed box no restocking fee will be applied.  Any sounds that have been downloaded from the minaskaowners.com website before returning the item will be deducted from the refund price. ($2.50 per sound)

We DO NOT refund shipping charges.

All returns must have a return authorization code along with your contact information and a description of why the item is being returned.
